Friendly staff on arriving, also I the morning when leaving for anneals walk with the dog. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, traditional with some extra details - local cheese, soja&almond drinks. There’s also an underground parking available.

We arrived in Tour via train, late at night, and the hotel's location was perfect for this. Close and convenient. We had tours organized through the Office of Tourism, and this is also exceptionally close to the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and more spacious than expected. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back! A couple people in our group had rooms on the 4th floor with a little balcony and lovely views of the skyline, mine was on the 2nd floor and it was bright and spacious with a little bay window.

Really friendly staff with a great breakfast selection which was delicious. They were very dog friendly, our dog travelled with us and was able to stick with us the entire time with ease. Also we were able to park there which was nice and easy.

This is such a great little hotel. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Tours railway station. Here you can take trains to Amboise and Chenonceau chateaus. The rooms are really comfortable and clean and the ensuite is a good size, again clean and fresh. It's right by the road but it's quiet at night. Breakfast is nice, reasonable choice. The staff are so nice, helpful and friendly. It's a great place for a holiday.

Reception staff was exceptionally friendly, effective and helpful. Very smooth check-in. Quiet little hotel, with convenient location with walking distance to city center and railway station.

Room was excellent staff very friendly. Secure parking for our motorcycle was an unexpected bonus. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The size of the room was great! A lot of space for our twins to play. It was recently decorated so the rooms are very modern. In addition, they have more parking spaces in the building in front of the hotel for big cars, so it was very convenient.

Centrally located and well maintained.. rooms are very comfortable and beds are good quality. Shower has great pressure and water always hot.

Breakfast was surprisingly included ( was informed by email it's 18 Euros per day before check-in). However while the breaksfast selection was satisfying, my stomach seems to not like the milk provided. Room had space enough for one person or a couple and the beds were comfortable.
